Dave Murray is the original and actually only bass player of the Fabulous Weiners. He was dead set against the name from the start, and would like to take responsibility for the spelling error, although there is no competition for that.

Murray decdided to drive cautiously cross country to Boston to make the WTF?! record in 2026. The guitar player chair in the Weiners is risky considering how many who once held it are dead, incarcerated, insane, or have fallen off the face of the Earth.

It was well worth the risk.

He lived on a diet of steak smothered in pork chops and put on 20 pounds for the trip. He wouldn’t have been the first Weiners guitarist to explode, had that been his fate.
